Travel
Nanjing has its own airport, which is the easiest way to reach this city. From Nanjing Airport you can take a taxi to your hotel.
Alternatively, you can fly to Shanghai and take either a train or bus to Nanjing. From the central station or bus terminal you can take a taxi to your hotel.

As taxi drivers in Nanjing do not speak English, you can show this document to the driver (it includes the address of the hotel in Chinese).

Accommodation
The venue will be Han Yuan Hotel, situated in the eastern scenic spot of Nanjing, an ancient capital of six dynasties, China. Han Yuan Hotel is located at the intersection of Houbiaoying Road and Tongwei Road in the east of Nanjing, 40 minutes to Lukou Airport by car, 20 minutes to Nanjing Railway Station, and 2 minutes to Nanjing-Shanghai Expressway.

Hotel accommodation is reserved for you until 15 September 2008 in Han Yuan Hotel. Hotel rooms will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
